A global Coffee chain, were frustrated by the performance of their current Kentucky cotton mop and asked their distributor for help. They in return turned to MI for support.

 

We were challenged to find an alternative product with equal or better cleaning properties along with a cost saving.

After meeting with the UK facilities manager discussing the needs and requirements of the business. MI along with the distributor proposed using a "non-woven kentucky mop"
